Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition: Shoes must be in the same pristine condition as when they arrived, with no signs of wear, scuffing, or dirt.
  • In the original packaging: This includes the shoe box, any dust bags, and all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or invoice).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, the following product categories, as highlighted in our collection, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Compression Socks: Due to their intimate nature and hygiene considerations.
  • Thong Sandals & Slides: For similar hygiene reasons related to direct foot contact areas.
  • Any item not in its original, unworn, and resalable condition.

  4. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the unworn item(s) in their original box, place that inside a shipping box, and include a copy of your RMA email or the completed template below. Ship the package to the address we provide.
    • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or the shipment of your exchange item.

💳 Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds (For Returns):

  • Timing: After we approve your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:
